Is there any setup costs for partners?
No, we provide a welcome pack with everything you need, including a new tabet and stand with instructions on how to get started.
What fees does a partner pay?
Each transaction has a small service fee to cover the cost of payment vendor fees and operational costs. Example: Order Total £21.20 - fee £1.84 = Payout £19.36 (8.69% fee)
Does a partner need to use supplied equipment?
No, you can use your own equipment if preferred, the application supports both tablet and phone layouts. Staff can use a phone to process orders and add items to the store catelog.
How and when do i receive payments?
After successful onboarding to the platform, you will onboard with Stripe (secure payment platform) to provide payment information for payouts. Payouts happen at the end of each day and these can be tracked via the Nippy financial dashboard or with Stripes dashboard directly.
Can a partner store do deliveries?
Yes, however each driver needs to onboard with the Nippy Driver app. They will be subject to the same fees as all other drivers on the platform.
What fees does an driver pay?
Drivers pay a flat rate of 10% + 20p on all deliveries which contribute towards operational costs. Example: Delivery cost £4.68 - fee £0.67 = Payout £4.01
How quickly can i become a partner?
You can be up an running within 1-2 hours after receiving your welcome pack, this can be sooner if you decide to use your own tablet or phone (10-15mins). Onboard your payment details, add your first product to activate. Thats it .
Do i need to manually add all my products
Yes and No. Yes, you will search for the items by name but our AI will support you. We have integrations with Tesco to retrieve product images and details including RRP. All fields are customisable, if you want to modify prices and descriptions.
